Returns, Cancelations, and exchanges
We don't accept returns and cancelations. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order. If the item is damaged in any way by us, we will make it right.
We gladly accept exchanges. Exchanges can be made with 7 days of item receipt. Shipping is non-refundable and return shipping is at buyer's expense.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Shipping is USPS Standard Delivery which takes 3-5 business days based on area and other factors. Need faster delivery? Contact us for USPS express shipping rates.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
The buyer is responsible for making sure the shipping address provided to us at checkout is correct. If the buyer's package is returned to us, the buyer will be contacted and will be responsible for paying the postage necessary for reshipment.
